Matcha Lemonade

This matcha lemonade is delicious in hot summer days, but can also be enjoyed during a work out, a yoga session, or just to keep you energized during work. Feel free to add gin to it if you feel festive ;)




This recipe makes about 2 portions.

  • 1 teaspoon of Bangoshi matcha
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 7 mint leaves
  • 1/2 freshly squeezed lime
  • 500 ml of cold water
  • ice cubes



  • Add all the ingredients to a 1 liter masson jar
  • Shake well !
