This matcha lemonade is delicious in hot summer days, but can also be enjoyed during a work out, a yoga session, or just to keep you energized during work. Feel free to add gin to it if you feel festive ;)
This recipe makes about 2 portions.
- 1 teaspoon of Bangoshi matcha
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 7 mint leaves
- 1/2 freshly squeezed lime
- 500 ml of cold water
- ice cubes
- Add all the ingredients to a 1 liter masson jar
- Shake well !
